Maximialiano Lemura
Buy That Land was founded by Maximialiano Lemura. Prior to Buy That Land, Max owned and operated Tropical Parcels, one of the largest land dealers in Florida. Max founded Buy That Land and teamed up with industry experts to expand throughout the county as well as offer customers superior deals and service.
Max was a licensed financial advisor and it was his background in finance that made him realize the value in real estate. The company’s primary goal is to offer affordable vacant land for everyone to buy – no matter what their needs may be!

Check out our website or work directly with our sales team to find your dream property. Once you’ve decided on a property, reserve it by placing a down payment. Our down payments are first come, first serve so don’t wait.
Choose Your Payment Option
A property can either be purchased through a single payment cash sale OR monthly installments through our financing option. Once you have decided which option is best for you, paperwork will be drawn up for your signature
Complete Your Purchase
Once the property is fully paid off, we transfer it into your name. That’s it – You’re the proud new owner of the property!
