We use inquiry information to review your property preferences and respond to your questions. If you choose to join our SMS program, LAND JAMM LLC may use the mobile number you provide to send promotional messages about available land, property updates and offers.
SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. You can browse properties, contact us or inquire about a property without subscribing to promotional texts. Reply STOP to unsubscribe from the SMS program or HELP for assistance.

Our website and embedded SMS signup form use HTTPS connections.
We receive inquiry information through our website forms. Our customer relationship management system stores contact information, property preferences submitted through our homepage form and SMS signup records. Internal access to these records is limited to our team. Service providers may process information as described below.
There is currently no fixed retention period for our inquiry and SMS signup records.

It includes Meta/Facebook Pixel and WooCommerce attribution scripts, along with GTranslate, Contact Form 7, Google reCAPTCHA and an embedded HighLevel/LeadConnector signup form.
